A shitload of blow by. Trust me, leave that **** on there.

I had mine off (by mistake, forgot to hook it back up) for a couple days, and the car felt sluggish and oil sprayed from every direction (cam gears, oil cap, valve cover) and also burned some oil (blue smoke from exhaust)

the reason being is because the hose broke... hehhee....
