Default rpm jumps, or bogs what ever they call it

my rpm jumps from 1000 to 1500 and back down to 1000, it repeats this when i

put it in park after the car is warm. anyone knows what this problem could be?

my car:

honda 93 del sol s auto, no mods

heres what happened:

i was on a trip for a month and had the car parked and sitting. everything was

working fine, when i got back the battery was drained from my alarm. so i

charged it and it ran fine for that day. the next day after i warmed it drove it then

put it in parked it then the rpm started jumping. so i couldnt fix it til the end of the

week. i drove it lightly for about 3 days, 3rd afterwork my battery didnt charge. so

that next day i was off, i got a new alternator, new battery, did all that i listed

below.

what i did: (this was after the trip, the following weekend)

new alternator, new battery, cleaned iacv, checked fitv, adjusted throttle, changed oil (seafoam), oil and air filter

question: is there a sensor that could have gone bad? ive searched this forum but

no success, any keyword that i could use? what does the map sensor do, it be

that?

not sure if theres anyway to do a test on it but its on the exhaust manifold. i heard you cant repair an o2 sensor so if you'll have to replace it. it wasn't too expensive
