Default H22a dyno @ 10 psi

It's not in a Prelude but thought some of you might be interested.

Dyno at 10psi falling off to 9psi due to wastegate/lack of boost controller

B&M Fuel Pressure Adapter
RC 550cc Saturated Injectors
Hondata S200B P28
Precision SC6031B Turbo .48 AR
Drag Cast Manifold
Spearco Intercooler
GReddy Type-S Blow Off Valve
TiAL 38mm Wastegate
Custom Piping

Setup is currently limited due to clutch capacity and fuel injectors.

turbo is a little big for your setup, a smaller one would spool earlier and your powerband would be wider

injectors are maxed? seems weird to me

Well, the first limitation is that the clutch is slipping. If I had a better clutch, the injectors would be maxed before anything else.

yeah runing at about 10 psi you approach 85% duty cycle, he could already be at more depending on what his fuel pres is set at, good numbers, hope its rfun to drive..
