Default Runner ID for 1000-1400whp?

I have a customer that already makes 900+ and he wants a new manifold to make well over 1000whp. I'm curious what size tube/pipe people that have done this use. Its a 4cyl RWD DSM. I know 900s have been made on 1.5" sch 10 stainless and that is 1.68" ID, can it make more and not be a restriction all things being equal.

That would take some major number crunching to get an answer I would feel comfortable with. Do you have information as far as what compressor is intended for use, and anything that can be told of the head and motor in general? What diameter is the charge piping and what intercooler will be used also...any info on the core as well?
