Default My turbo B18C Buildup, what hp do I expect out of this?

I have it all put together and ready to go, what kind of hp can I expect out of this setup?

B18C1
Golden Eagle Sleeved
81.5mm Wiseco 9 to 1
Crower H-Beam Rods
Stock Crank

Head Mildly Ported & Cleaned Up
Stock GSR Cams
Full Ferrea Valvetrain w/ .5mm Oversize Int/Exh
AEM Cam Gears

Neukin Ramhorn
GT35R .63
Tial 44mm
Big Trust Frontmount
3" Downpipe
3" Thermal Turbo

JG Edelbrock Int Manny
Big Bore Stock Throttlebody
AEM Fuel Rail/Press. Riser
RC 750cc
Walboro 255
AEM Power Steer/Alt Pulleys

MSD 6A/Blaster Cap/Blaster Coil
Neptune

I am looking for 450whp @ 15lb......anybody think this is possible and realistic or is 400whp more like it? This is a full street car that will rarely see the track so I dont plan on turning the boost up past 20lb.

Taking it to 84mm will help you out with your tq and spool a little bit earlier i believe. But 81.5mm is fine because in case you F sumthing up, god forbid, you will still have room to bore it out a bit and get new pistons.

To answer your question, Im not too familiar with the GT series turbos, but i know they make great numbers and spool very quickly. Therefore i dont know how much boost you will need to achieve 450whp. But it is definately attainable.

Since its a street car, i assume your going to be running 93octane gas. I would definately have to say that the pump gas will probably be your only limiting factor in reaching your goal. But that all depends on your tuner and his experience.

Hope that helped out. Keep us updated. Good luck!

I would think 450 should be easily attainable with that setup, depending how much boost you run. I woulda went with larger injectors though. Definitely sounds like it will be a nice setup and I would be interested to see your power curves after you get to the dyno.

The 84mm is out of the question because its allready assembled, the car will be tuned at Evans-Tuning as soon is I get it broken in. I will be running it N/A for the next month or so until my Neukin arrives. I know I made a mistake with the 750's but from my research they are good until about 550whp so I am gonna take my chances with them. I am hoping that Evans will be able to get me a 20psi street tune (93 octane) then I think I could definately be around 450whp. I am also looking into an Air/Water and selling my frontmount which will defiantely help me reach my power goal. I am also running an LS Tranny with a Quaife and ACT XTR6 and Streetlite Flywheel.

How much faster would a GSR Tranny make my car?.....I hear pros & cons from both.

you won't hit 450 at 15psi, maybe closer to 400. I am running a very similar setup with 84mm B18C, 100cc Injectors, slightly larger turbo, and I only put down 424whp at 15psi.
