I've just completed swapping a b16a into my ek and while doing my first long drive 5th gear slipped out a couple of times. It happened around 4500 rpm around 75-80 mph. I know I have some clutch issues and I bleed the slave cylinder myself, which I have no experience doing. I already had a greddy stage 1 clutch on order however Im wondering if their is anything else I should check while im installing it. I did some searching but haven't found a thread on this yet...
Also Im wondering if I might have another issue because the rpms seemed a bit high for that speed in 5th gear so any feedback on other b16 motors (ys1 trans not lsd) would be helpful as well.
Thanks

That's typical for that trans to be around 4500 at 80.. Make sure your exhaust's not an obstruction to the shifter.. Make sure your shifter's not obstructed in any way preventing your trans from going all the way into 5th.. if every other gear functions fine I would say it's a trans problem..
