Default How to remove top part on a Turbonetics Evolution wastegate to change the spring?

I removed all the 6 hex bolts and the top is still firmly on. Tried prying it open, still no go. Anyone know how to disassemble it to change wastegate spring? My tial one popped right open after removing all the bolts.
