just lightly score the rotors radially with a screwdriver
this will eliminate the harmonic sound

I'd A) recommend SANDING the rotors, using a circular, non-directional motion all the way around, making sure to CLEAN the rotors after you're done and B) pull the pads and regrease the backs and the shims w/ molykote M77.

A) might be easier, then do B) if that doesn't work.

Add some anti-squeal stuff on the backs of the pads. If that doesn't do it, then it might be the brake pads themselves--some pads are quiet and some are noisey

if you used your old pads with the new rotors it could be glazed pads. rough up the pad surface with some sandpaper and be sure to put the anti squeal liquid on the back of the pad. that should stop it. anyof the other suggestions might help, too, with the exception of the screwdriver trick... I'd stay away from that one.
