I'm in a process of having a downpipe made for a my DSM T25 Civic turbo kit
and planning to order some mandrel pipe bends and have a fabricate to cut, weld a custom downpipe for a 96 ek hatch. Question is how much piping do i need to mock up a downpipe? and what type of mandrel bends or piping do i need to buy ??
Going 2.5inch piping

 

Your Fabricator should be able to tell you exactly what he is going to need. Have him take a look at the car before hand
