clutch replacment issues. Flat pedal.
I replaced my clutch to day. the pedal just drops to the floor, the kit was for a 93 del sol, put into a civic 98 ex. same clutch from what i understand. I removed the slave seleniod to avoid having to bleed it. i tried to bleed it but no air and no pedal afterwards. what could be wrong, no leaks. the pushing shaft did come out and i put it back in, should still be ok. eh im out of ideas, the arm moves about two inches so the throwout bearing is good and dandy. any ideas?
i just recently did a auto to manual swap and while we were bleeding the air out of the system, the clutch pedal would just drop to the floor and wouldn't change. Well the clutch slave cylinder was bad and had to buy a new one now all works good

What exactly do you mean by this? I'm assuming you're referring to the slave cylinder. But I don't understand how by removing it, you eliminate the need to bleed it?
if the "pushing shaft" came out, It sounds to me like you blew the seals in the slave cylinder. You may need a new one.

welp, i went and got a new slave cylinder. same issue. bled the clutch until it was all new fluid. WEAK is all i can say. it works but the pedal is SO weak. oh well, guess i just gonna have to do it all over again with a better pressure plate.
