JDM Luminics bulbs, just a heads up...
(If in wrong forum sorry, and please move.)
Bought the JDM yellows somewhere inbetween 6-12 months ago....definitely not over a year yet. They were bright, deep yellow at first...but eventually faded out to looking like my headlights aren't even on. Took out bulbs to replace with stockers for now and only to notice the glass on the bulb is all stained/burnt nasty looking. Anyways just a heads up for people thinking about purchasing them, even though only like $30, in my opinion stay away!
On with the pics....

Did you touch the bulb with your fingers? That causes reduced life of headlights... but in the pics it looks like all the "paint" melted and settled in the bottom
damn that sucks, but where did you spend $30?? get sylvannia or retrofit some HID's (what i'm going to be doing when my $16 luminics burn out)
Nah I know better not to touch them....I actually installed these when I did mine 99-00 frontend, so i put them in when headlights were out of the car. 100% sure bulbs weren't touched.

i have those bulbs right now, used them for winter driving and i love them..no problems at all. There is mixed opinions on Luminics but so far so good (for me at least). If i have a problem i'll post it up.

DUH!!! The more blue the bulb, the less light output they give. A clear/white bulb will have better light output than a purple bulb. Dont get mad because you got pulled in by the hype of the manufacturer. Stay away from the blue and purple bulbs.
