Default problems after service

hey guys, im new to the site and i had a few questions. I took my car in to get the timing belt, water pump, and balance shaft belt changed (its a 93 SI). Anyways when i got the car back it feels a lot different now, it idles low, has slight vibration, and is a lot louder at high RPM`s, also my dash lights, and tail lights have stopped working along with the chime that alerts you that your lights are on (all though that is probably unrelated to the other problems). Could you guys help me out. thanks

Take it back and politely bitch until all of the problems are fixed. This is why I only do my own work.
Edit: spelling

Based on how you describe the engine running, it sounds like they put the new timing belt on "out of time"... If the timing belt is off by a cam gear tooth or more, it is considered "out of time". This would explain your car idling and running like crap. The timing belt needs to be redone ASAP! You should not be driving the car in that state.

I don't know how to explain the lights not working...
