Help identify coolant port, pic inside

Help identify coolant port, pic inside
Hey everyone, could you please tell me what this port attaches to? it is a b16 block and this coolant port is on the block itself, not the water pipe. it is circled in red below, thanks for any help....

just checked some pics of my B16 that was in my 00 Si, it's actually not installed on the engine, as you can see in this pic it's just capped off

the B16 does have an oil cooler if it's from Japan. if you check the rest of my pics you'll see i installed the ITR oil cooler on the 00 Si
