supercharging an LS/vtec

from a jacksonracing supercharger how much horsepower can i get running their 12psi.

It's nearly impossible to tell you.
Every engine is different, even if they're both stock.
You didn't tell us anything about your setup.
Your best bet is to either find someone with a similar setup and see what numbers they made, or just do it.

Every engine is different yes, but furthermor, ever LS/Vtec is incredibly different.

It's impossible to tell you. How is your Ls/Vtec built?
