Default h22 swap

i have recently done a h22 swap in my 92 lude and i have tried 3 different p13 ecu's, all 3 have given the 22 code(vtec pressure switch). i really need to make sure i have the pins in the correct slots. i have been told that you can run the ground wire to the engine but i also saw a diagram that had the ground going to the A26 plug. i have also tried reversing the wires and still nothing. if anyone can help please do so.

i'd just run the ground from th switch to a ground in th engine bay.. search for vtec wiring and look in FAQ's, there will be a diagram of what each pin does, maybe it will work for A26, but.. i'd just look for a good engine ground.

mine is grounded right on the shock tower

OP: did you ever think to check that switch itself?? if your wiring is good, the switch is messed up

the switch is good, i tested it on my buddys car and it worked fin. i am just not getting any voltage to the wire. and it is hard to believe that three ecu's in a row would be bad but its not impossible.

run the wire from the vtec solenoid to a4 (apparentley you don't have a problem with that)

run the wire from the vtec pressure switch to d6 (CHECK THIS WIRING)
Ground the black wire from the vtec pressure switch to the engine (that's how mine is rigged, it's a fairly short run, just sorta loops to terminal under a bolt)

hopefully i still have the pin numbers right

the pins are in the correct slots but i even tried a "tested" ecu and it still didn't work. i read on another forum that you are supposed to run a wire to the knock sensor. shouldn't mine already have a wire to the knock sensor? if not would that make a difference?
