Default how do i ground spoon spark plug wires?

hi i just bought some spoon spark plug wires and dont know where to ground them. i wrote the guys i bought them from and thay said just ground them some where under the spark plug cover. but where? the only place is one the the four bolts that hold on my valve cover on under my spark plug cover is this the right place to ground them? and if thats the right place do any of you happen to know how many ft.lbs of torque that those bolts tighten to? because i dont have a service manual. by the way i have a b18c1 engine.

Thanks.

hey i put the wires on but i dont know if the bolts under the spark plug cover is a good spot because there is a little plastic washer thing at the bottom of the screw that doesn't seem to come off so i dont know if it would be a good connection. any ideas? do you think that it would be a good connection just touching the screw? or do i need to connect it on the outside valve cover screws?
