Default Help please

I have searched and can't find a post that explains what is happening here and I'm lost.
I just finished installing a skunk 2 intake mani. on my H22 and now I'm throwing a oz sensor code 1.
First I replaced the sensor. then checked the wiring. Its neither. good signal to ecu and good O2. was wondering if one of the sensors that are not used any more like the egr could cause this. my egr is plugged in but not functional. also the vaccum box that was used for the butterflies in my old mani. is no longer there. It also had a sensor on it. could that be the problem?
Any help would be great. If this has been posted befor I apologize and could someone leave me a link.
