91 Accord...parts that break over 140K
Hey guys, I'm just wondering what else typically goes on these cars. So far I had the timing belts done, CV joints, water pump, alternator, radiator, exhaust. Anything else I should be worried about?

The only thing that you've done so far that wasn't expected was the radiator.
The Timing Belt/Water Pump was expected at the 90k service. (Maintaince)
The CV Joint(s) could have been avoided if the boots had been inspected periodically. (they dry out & crack)
The Alternator probably wore it's bruches out (having spun for, God knows, how many times)
The exhaust is usually good for 6-9years (depending) (age)
The radiator probably rotted out from the outside (facing front) (age)
I would suspect
Brakes (Front) (Maintaince)
Ball joint (just one, any position)
Oil leak (valve cover and/or spark plug wells)
Thermostat (at some point)
water leak at rear lamp.
All this is nothing to "worry" about, just issues that normally crop up from the age these things achieve (as compared to their domestic cousins).
My '88 went 218k when the alternator brushes wore out. This is unheard of with a domestic like (gag) Ford (usually Found On the Road Dead long before that point.

but when you did your t-belt job did you replace the seals? btw balancer shaft seals have a RETAINER now. well not NOW,but i read up RECENTLY,so thats pretty important too.
but if your tail lamp does get SOAKED i got the gaskets for you HERE IN NYC. 20bucks OEM BRAND NEW AND STILL PACKAGED. right by fordham rd.

Thanks for the informative post guys. I just got a bit worried since she's been very reliable so far but recently the radiator started leaking (no big deal, was easy fix) then last week the car died on the highway from the alternator. I'm hoping she at least has a few more years worry free after those parts!
You've one major advantage over the generation of Accord which immediately preceded yours. The Suspension.
Honda changed it for the '90 model year to what we've now enjoyed thru '97. It is a far more robust design and is far less prone to bushing/control arm failures.
In addition to that, you've now got the 2.2L engine and the electronic shift Automatic trans in a car only marginally heavier than it's predecessor. Better power/weight ratio.
Most likely the car will succumb to Tin Termites before the machanicals crap out
