Rate tread left on these azenis
Those look like RT-215s. Apparently those are bad in the rain to begin with all look fairly worn down. I think this tire wears out quickly as well.
It's really hard to say from a pic but those look like they only have 2/32-4/32 left on them. Just barely enough to past a safety at the most. I wouldn't take them in the rain that's for sure.

It's impossible to tell from the photos, other than to note that the treadwear indicator bars aren't flat across yet, so they have more than 2/32" of tread depth.
Just measure the tread depth. Azenis have 8/32" tread depth when new. When they reach 2/32" (which is when the bars are flat across), they can no longer be used legally on public roads (although you can still use them on the track if you like). So figure each 1/32" of tread depth less than 8/32" represents 17 percent less tread left.
