1995 del sol vtec. i/h/e, etc. stock clutch. 95k very well maintained, adult driven miles<i hate that crap when i buy a car. anyway, i put the last 3k on the car. 2 day autox last weekend. now clutch has a lot more play in it. only have tommorrow to fix, autox on sunday. dont like the feel. is this hurting anything? looked in helms. says to turn pushrod after loosening locknut.

someone please advise/elaborate. is this adjustable or not how many turns of pushrod?

 

you may need a new clutch??
