my seats just plain suck. they have no support and no bolsters. dont get me wrong, i dont race, auto-x or anything, i just love taking corners to the full extent of my car's capabilities. perhaps that isnt much in basicly stock trim, but it seems to be a workout just trying to hold myself in place.

so what are my options? i have looked at numerous pictures of integra seats and the bolsters look slightly better but nothing to cheer about. do they really support you that much more?

what are my options? (i know my ultimate goal is ITR recaro's but lets be realistic, my job sucks. my insurance payments suck. my bank is an ***. so until i have decent financial security, those are out of the question)
any oem seats work well? pics of them installed? anything i'd be able to afford with a few hours of work and a trip to my local junkyard?

i hate my 99 civic ex seats i can not stand it on long rides i need new seats or some teg seats.

 

del sols are nice... anything is better than stock 96-00

 

stock civic seats from 92-00 are horrible.. its like sitting on a pillow when you make a turn even if its fairly slow.. teg, del so, anything is better.l

 

RSX, S2K, and the 02-05 Si seats are what I'll be choosing from.

not if you find a set of gray stripes, then they will actually match your interior pretty well

the del sols are a nice seat for a street car. they have much better bolsters than the stock seats, sit a little lower in the car, and are worlds cheaper than any decent aftermarket seat. if you're trying to upgrade cheaply, you can't go wrong with either these or integra seats.

 

I would just check around, junkyards and stuff, I mean you'll be able to see if it'll support or not
