does anyone know where i can get studs that will fit an ls intake , the studs that the fuel rail get fastened to... i only have 1 stud and i need the other 2... any help plz?

I snapped two of those ******* off too! HAHAHA... I feel your pain.

I drilled both out and tapped the holes for some bolts that looked close in size to the studs.

You can:
(1) Drill out the snapped off studs with an E-Z out and either secure the fuel rail with bolts from now on OR put new studs in. I have no freaking clue what size the studs are OR the bolt size that I used. Do what I did and go to any hardware store and dig around till you find a metric stud that matches the intake manifold stud. They ARE in metric, like everything else on the car.

(2) Buy a new intake manifold with studs that aren't broken. They go for like $20 on ebay. But that'd be silly. Drill those suckers out.
