Default 5th Gen Prelude, Won't start. Weir problem.

I used search and could'nt find anything exactly like this, so here it goes:

1998 Lude, the car does not start, no electricity gets to the fuel pump or coil pack. The Scanner is not working when hooked up to the ECU, sort of as if it had died. Apparently all the fuses are OK as are the relays. The fuel pump checked out as well, the coil packs have yet to be looked at.

I am thinking the following possibilties:
Tricky fuse the mech can't find.
Dead ECU (?)
Bad Ignition switch (?).

Please help a Venezuelan newbie out!!

Is the battery good ?

No honda has "coil packs". There is however an ignition coil. If you are getting no juice to the ECU at all for the scanner, the battery has to be toast. A bad coil would only prevent the car from starting, not cut power to the fuel pump or ecu or anything else.

The Battery and grouds have checked out. In any case is there any notorious flaw when this happens? say a ground wire or wire to starter (which I have'nt checked BTW)?

when you say all relays have been checked...does that entail the main relay? does it click at all when you try to turn the key?

Oooops, sorry English is my second language and I am not 100% familiar with Honda Argot. Thanks for the Reply. The Battery did check out though. As for the "Coil-Packs" --> I owned a VW so you kinda get my paranoia . Thanks again.
