Default Boosted mini me overheating(head gasket?)

Since I boosted my civic(91 Si) my car runs hot when I dive somewhat hard or for long dives, so I turn the heat on, it cools down, back and forth. The resivour fills up quick. So is my thermostat sticking or is my head gasket bad, the car does not smoke what so ever and it blows out nice hot heat. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond

you could start by flushing the coolant, refilling and bleeding the system, if that doesn't help then replace the thermostat...start replacing things in the order of cheapness.

BTW you said it's a mini me, did you make sure the new head wasn't warped or did you just throw it on?

good luck

out of posts today
EDIT: you say your reservoir is filling up? I think that means coolant is either boiling over or headgasket is leaking and exhaust gas is forcing coolant into the overflow.

Yes the head was in good shape, my plan of attack is to flush coolant, and change the stat out. I just was not sure if there is anything else I should check also
