need some info about 97 accord
will the taillights and trunk+ rear bumper ( they should be the same??) fit on the 97 model?
will the Skunk2 camber kit will fit on 97?
and which company of bars (front upper and lower bars, rear upper and lower bars) would give me better balance?

i mean if i can swap the 94-95 taillights and bumper and trunk to the 97 model?

The bumper should fit... although it is slightly different from the 96/97 model.
The tail light will fit, but will need modifications as far as lamps and wires go....
Strut bars are strut bars.... as long as it is not plastic or rubber strut bars...
There are different designs, brands and prices... the result of having one or all installed is the same: better handling when cornering and stiffer body chassis.
Camber kits should be a little more specific to the model you own, so pick whatever that says "accord 97"....
Strut bars... soon?... I guess you meant spoon... but there's a big variety of strut bars on the market, so you should get whatever pleases you for the look mostly...
