Well, my RPM is not working right, but when I take the fuse to the horn off it works. I noticed it did that b/c i would start the car & fuse would burn out & rpm would work..........I know its a short circuit or something not making ground some where but where should I check. The rpm does die out at idle but when i take off it's good.
I've check for lose wires, can someone tell me if they've had the same situation.

take it to an electrician at let them go through the harness, it not worth the headache

very true, wire harnesses are pretty complicated if you arent sure what your doing, and its not good to just go cutting right into it risking damage to all the other wires
