i had a guy hit me and try to run. i cahsed him down town untill i oculd get around him and force him to pull over. car that hit me-2006 civic si

yeah i was ready to buy some wheels from someone here if he would have PMed me back instead of being so slow about it. i would have paypalled him earlier this week but he took too long and now my money will have to go to this ****.

the place where the owners dont pay for **** if something happens at the employee lot
like 5 peoples tires were slashed last week and they didnt pay for those either. if it werent for the night shift that i work (b/c i have school in the morning) i prolly wouldnt stay

no way. i want a quote first 
a friend of mine is a bodyshop estimator and said he might be able to pull $1500 out of it
then i have two options:
1. find out who did it and make them pay
2. file it under my insurance, give them the quote, pay my $500 deductible and the extra $500 since my friend said he can paint it for 2k
i hope for option 1 but option 2 isnt all that bad
