seriously depends on the tuning involved.
stock GSR with 8psi and a decent tune should pull ~250 whp.

Size of turbo and the tuner make it vary.

as long as the turbo can put out 8psi, which pretty much all turbo's can, the size only matters for spool-up time, not power...

Yeah

For instance, 8psi on a TD05 with a shitty tune is going to have alot less power than a 60-1 with a good tune.

umm. not true at all poon. you see if you are running 15psi with a 14b its less efficient than running 15psi with a gt28 or so. a smaller turbo running the same boost as a bigger turbo will always produce more heat therefore the air charge wont be as dense reducing power. i know we are talking under 10psi, but your statement is too vague and could confuse people.

Here is a website that I have found to show some interesting things. Try http://www.importreview.com, then click on dyno charts. It has alot of info on different cars but it will atleast give you an idea. One of the charts on there showed 230whp for a stock 8psi gsr.

300whp is possible..the guy could have a built and ported head with some oversized turbo..

There are so many variables..I suggest looking around at some dyno sheets of setups to get a basic idea..Heres 203 dyno graphs to look at. http://forums.evans-tuning.com...91de8
