I swore I saw a thread somewhere on HT about a four door Civic Si coming in the future. Whats the info on that? Was it just a concept, photochop, or somthing we'll just never see here in the states?

 

it was at the auto show..if i remmber correctly it was a concept..it was hotn3ss tho

yeah...there coming out with a four door civic si in 07...or at least thats what was said at the auto show. They released a concept four door civic si. It was just like the 06 si concept..18 inch wheels, brembo brakes, hfp kit etc etc. It is said to have the same motor (K20Z3) as the 06 si but just in a four door.

 

That would be pretty cool. Me and the wife are talking about trying to have another kid late this year or early 2007, and when that day comes I'll probably get a sedan of some kind. I thought what better than an Si with 4 doors.

Thats not the same pictures I saw though. I swear the ones I saw before were of a red or dark red car that looked like a production version, and not the concept.

 

hell yea dat looks tight.. thought everyone who had 2 or more kids was gonna have to upgrade to the fit and put the k20 to have some fun but that si is tight

They might have been the photoshoped versions ToV put up when they caught word of the rumour that this was going to happen. I will find them ina bit and post em.

This is true. I work at a honda dealership and we should be getting our first si 4 doors by the end of 06.

Ive never really been much of a civic guy well the newer ones anyways and I just fell in love with a stripper I mean SI with 4 doors

It's NOT a concept. IT'S COMING later this year. and yes, It's HOT looking. maybe the wife will get a early xmas present...

 

All of the Honda news releases concerning the Civic Si sedan "concept" talk about the car's arrival this fall.

There's an interesting thread that shows amazing dyno results of the Si motor with just a couple of bolt ons. I'll move it into this forum so you guys can have a look.

Thats pretty clean. I think they are doing a pretty good job by bringing this new 4 door SI into the lineup.

 

i cant stand the rear end on the new 4 door civics.

 

i think the 4dr looks bettr than the 2dr
