Default who here uses a throttle rocker?

my friend's sv650 has one and since I was at the shop today I figured I'd buy one (only $10) and try it out. I like it and don't like it. For long trips it'll kick ******* *** since it'll keep my wrist from getting tired.. but for rides on backroads and real agressive riding I think I'm going to remove it as it seems to get in the way a lil bit... anyone else using one??

well like I said I don't tihnk i'm gonna use it while riding around town or backroads, but long trips it should help a lot... maybe I'll change my mind and leave it on all the time... I'm still feeling it out

Isn't the good thing about the throttle rocker is that it's easily removable? Just pull it off and toss it in a tankbag or the trunk when you're cruising around town. Whip it out for the long trips.

hey, yeah i have done over 11,000 miles using throttle rocker. i love it (most the time) when you know your going to be doing hard riding twist it backward, allowing you to grip firmly. then for longer more relaxed highway cruising twist again backwards untill it is in the right spot for you. should be able to do it with out stopping. also for long rides get one for your left hand.sounds stupid but trust me. it makes a world of difference.
