Well I got a civic hatch and i would like to change some things and im not sure about a couple of things so i want to find out from you.
Well i have a 97 hatch and i have a grey dashboard. I really want a black dash so which civic model and year came with a black dash that will fit in my car. Ohh also would a 95 and up integra dash fit in with no modification or would it be a hard time with putting it in?

If the integra dash does fit do the door panels from a integra fit also cause i have a power window conversion?

Which seats fit in the hatchback without a gap? integra 4 door or 2 door? And do Si seats fit in back?

Thanks alot all the responses will help alot from me buying things that wont fit.

 

I dont think any civics came with a black dash
only dark grey.

Will the rear side panels like the ones in ex coupes with pockets fit in a ek hatch?

 

for the rear pockets i would say no because it all different...as for black...i have not seen it before...mainly dark and light grey, as for teg dash into a 96-00 civic it is do-able but alot of wiring for the gauge cluster, i bet if you do a search for cluster...it might help you decide if you want to do it or not.

only black dash is the Civic Type R.. but it's also RHD... there are only two colors for 96-00 model coupes and hatches.. Type F and Type K.. one is light grey one is dark grey..

There usually is gap between the door... and the dash

Nope, They are different...

 

You can dye all the interior pieces black. Thats what I am doing now. As for the seats, The integra fronts are almost perfect, (switch rails) the rears are a bit of a bitch. Your civic has a 50/50 split and the integra has a 60/40 split. All I did to get them to fit, was I cut off the mounting bracket, moved it over, and rewelded it in place. Also I had to drill and tap new hole locations for the lower part of the seats to fit.

 

I thank everyone for their responce. So you guys are saying that an integra dash fits perfect into a 96-00 hatch but the only thing is the wiring for the cluster???

 

Not too sure about that. Theres a write up somewhere in this forum on the entire dash job. (Itr dash in an ek.) Great write up. He also did a swap, front end conversion, and door panels. Plus a few other things.
