Idol Issues(need help)

Default Idol Issues(need help)

I adjusted the fast idol sensor and the tps and the iacv, and the car starts and stays started as long as i keep giving it a little gas...how can i get it do idol poperly without giving it gas every couple of seconds...the car is a crx and the motor is a obdo ls

what are you idling at?try adjusting your idle screw...

im idoling at like 2 grand, but it just dies out after a couple of seconds

Fixed it for you. This is not American Idol or what Jesterian said (which was quite funny)

Adjust the idle (not idol) screw and play with it until you get it set. Have you lost power to the ECU recently?

i just connected a new battery and the ecu wont throw a code..., but how do i keep it started

let it warm up,give it gas to keep it running and adjust the idle screw

IF THAT DONT WORK THEN UN SCREW THE SCREW ALL THE WAY BUT NOT OUT THEN START IF STILL NO GO THEN UN PLUG YOUR IACV AND THEN DO THE IDLE

if you read this in a billy idol voice the caps almost aren't anoying at all- except to coworkers anyway.
