Default What cage/rollbar setup for street/strip use

I have several questions regarding a reasonably priced cage/roll bar for street/strip use.

To my understanding, my local track, National Trails (cbus,oh) you need a cage for anything 11.49 or faster.

My 99 Si is also a daily driver in the spring/summer/fall months and I have read numerous threads hating on people w/full cages b/c of the dangers of your head popping like a watermelon in a street collision.

Questions?

What type of cage/roll bar would both be decently priced, as well as meet the needs of a street/strip car?

I don't care for the bolt in units, they "look" cheesy imo. I will do the welding myself, however due to only having a mig, it cannot be chrome moly.

I have searched and read numerous posts and it seems http://www.safedrives.com has great pricing, but I am unsure what I need.

Looking for others experiences/recommendations as well.

Any flames/suggestions welcome.

Thanks.
