Default Jdm H22a head on a H23 Block???

was seeking to find this answer for a very long time now and no one seems to know the correct answer im looking for everyone is unsure, Well my question is, If i put an JDM H22 head On a H23 block what would be the out come, as in pros and cons>? Also the most important question of mine is how high could you safely rev it too? I was told 6800 max but thats kinda lame compared to what im use to (7600-7800) i would love to rev it to 7600 but not sure on the safeness of that. please help me solve this for everone once and for all!

More importantly, if you could rev it to 6800 and it happened to make more torque, and/or hp than 'what you're used to', then why does 7600-7800 matter??

Well to be honest i dont think it will make more power but then again you never know what could turn out! So i would still like to know whats the safest to rev it too?? but i might have to dyno it.

there are several threads on frankinstein as they call it. i have seen many post on the topic and i am sure someone will tell you to use the search option. top right corner. i don't know much of it besides the headaches it can cause if not done properly.
