Default Installing 99-00 civic SiR Fuel Pump in My 1990 Crx with b16a1

I was wondering if this is possible, I'd like to upgrade my 16 year fuel pump with one I got from a friend. Its a pump from a 99-00 civic SiR. Anyone done this, any benefits, I assuming the pump will produce a little more pressure and since its newer will perform better.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Thanks

It flows better ..dohc vtec pumps flow 134lph compared to sohc, sohcvtec, and dohcnonvte..they flow 79lph..It works,,but its not just drop in..I did a gsr pump and had to rig it up to work..Cut and solder clips and reuse stock strainer and put some little rubber isolators under to get it to sit right..
