Ive been searching and havent really found what im looking for.
Heres the setup
92 Hatch
B18c5 Swap
Brand New Konis front/rear with 450lb springs in the front

Two things happen:
1)Going over bumps at LOW speeds I will hear and feel a clunking in my steering wheel.
2)When going SLOW if I stab my brakes I will hear and feel this clunk (not as intense as if I hit a bump but you can notice it)

About a week ago I checked to make sure every bolt/nut was torqued down to spec (Everything checked out) And I noticed my right front wheel bearing is starting to go.

soooooooooo.

Tonight I tore into and removed both knuckles (getting both bearings replaced) And checked everything in there...and...everything seems to be fine.

What should I be looking for?
Could that bearing becausing the clunk?

clunk like axle clunk or clunk like you forgot to put back bump stops

 

Bump stops are in there saw them today

Would i be feeling axle clunk in the steering wheel or mainly hearing it?
Thew axles seemed fine nothing was torn. Thats I really know to look for.

 

I got a bad axel and you can definetly feel it in the steering will. It happens because the ball bearings bind up in the cv joint.

 

anyone else?

 

when my motor mount screw wasnt tight i kept hearing a thump or whatever sound.. then i looked at it the screw wanted to fall off lol.
