My FPR came with instructions.
You need to remove the bolt at the top of your fuel filter. Fuel will spray out as the system depressurizes. Then you can remove the stock FPR, and put the AEM one on. Then hook everything back up, tighten down the bolt for the fuel filter (this is the one on top of the banjo bolt). Then get in the car, and turn it to ACC 5 or 6 times, you should hear the fuel pump priming. This will repressurize the system. Then you can start it.
To adjust it you need a fuel pressure guage, a wrench, and an allen wrench (don't know the sizes). You need to take the vaccuum line off the FPR and pinch it off, this will show you (on the guage) what your fuel pressure is. Adjust from there. A dyno with a wideband would be a good idea for getting this right. But either way, you'll need more than just a FPR to tune with.
