You can pick them up relatively cheap at any auto parts store and as far as changing them I've seen my buddy replace them it doesn't seem that hard if you have the tight tools.

Here's the illustrations for both the Manual and Automatic transmission mount installations. I'll also supply a link for a discount Honda Dealer here in the states if you need a rear mount for an automatic.
Manual: (#2,5,6 and #15)

http://www.hondaautomotivepart...MOUNT

Automatic: (#2,4,6 and #15)

http://www.hondaautomotivepart...MOUNT

The only mount which is a dealer item only (I believe) is the rear auto mount (and It's the most difficult to replace.

When you change the rear mount it's easiest to take off the intake manifold.
thats the hardest part.It takes some time but it's not that bad.

Just remember the rear mount is the most important one.You really can't skip and just change the others. It would be a wast of time.

front is easy, both the sides are easy, the rear is a bitch. I am replacing mine right now with a solid rear mount and its a pain in the *** taking out the mount w/o removing the intake manifold. I should be done tomorrow if everything goes well. I am trying to do it w/o taking off the intake mani by using extensions from up top and crowfeet wrenches from under.

If you can rig something to support the engine (either from to top OR bottom) it will help. It will facilitate removing the bolts so as to be able to remove the intended mounts.

I have replaced quite a few of these and it is much much easier and faster to remove the axle and do it from under the car

thats good to hear since this is my approach on doing it. i have my engine supported w/ a jack holding up the tranny side and driver side mount is still entact.

was pouring rain all day today so i didnt get to finish but i had the my side (tranny) mount off and decided to solidfy it also while it was out.

invest in some crowfeet wrenches and some extensions if you dont already have them. it will make this task alot easier.

that is what the 2 ton floor jack is used for....supporting the engine with a 2by6 between it and the engine....
