Will a 98 ITR Brake Master Cylinder bolt right into a 99 Civic Si? (Did a search and found two contr
Hey guys, I promise you I did a search. I did find some information, but they contradict each other.
I'm wanting/needing to replace the Brake Master Cylinder in my 99 Civic Si. I searched and some threads say that it's a straight bolt on with no modifications. Other threads say that the lines and fittings have to be re-flared and cut off and changed. Which is it?
The master cylinder in my car needs to be replaced and now would be a great time to uprage to the ITR one if it is just a straight bolt on, any help on this would be great.

The itr one is far from an upgrade much less will it make your stock si brakes stop better.
I also thought about adding the MC when I did my 5 lug conversion on my em1 but all of the itr guys said it was not needed being the EM1 Master cylinder is more than capable of handling the load.
