I posted this in the fabrication form but not much luck. I'm putting a complete Z6 drivetrain in a 89HF. I did search but didn't find to much. Called Hasport and they are NOT making a conversion for the D-series trans. Have any of you fabbed something up to make the cable work with the Hydro trans? What might I be looking into? I feel it can be done but just wondering if anyone else has done it.

 

you are gonna have to mod the factory mount on the tranny, and use the hasport hydro actuator adapter.

 

Is the Hydro adapter hard to fab. myself? Your talking about the adapter from the B series right?

 

im talkin about using the cable for the clutch to actuate the hydro trans level, u need to use the hasport one.


and the stock mount to bolt to the tranny to the car needs to be modded.

 

Someone else makes the adapter piece you need other than HaripyouoffSport. I can't remember who. Someone will know on here though.

avid racing makes the adpater for the hydro to cable actuator.

keep in mind , nobody makes the mount for the tranny to bolt up.
