Default race car...what spring rate up front?how to stop flexing in front?

i have a crx with 1200lb springs in the rear and LIMIT STRAPS in the front with some cheap 300lbs coilovers.i dont have a wheelie bar. will my setup be fine or will i need some stiffer springs up front?
also, my frontend(front chassis) is pretty chopped up, how can i stop the chassis from flexing or twisting from hard launches? anything i can brace the front end with like a good front upper strut tower bar?
any helpfull information be appreciated!

I have 1200lb up front and 1800lb in the rear...As far as flexing i havent had any problems yet..Of course it might help out preloading the car or offsetting the rear of the car higher for weight transfer..

As far as tighten up the front of the car, id try a set of traction bars...Full-race got a nice set that wouldn't hurt to try to see if it elminates your problem..

i already have a full-race traction bar, so i guess i'm ready to go. i'll just run it the way it sits and see how it goes.
