Hi I was just wondering if you could mount a 99-00 Front Bumper onto a 97 civic, thanks.

yes but you need to do some modifications...and you need new headlights and fenders...

so basically short of buying half a new car i should probably stick with the 97 front... alright thanks guys.

Yes. If you want more details search "front end conversion" or something to that extent. It has be covered many times before.
