yup, lol... rip that a/c out baby, no heh! it looks like it not too much of a problem, probably is just burned through the rubber outting of the line, it's going to leave an ugly mark on that purdy header though

Cory - who would just take his A/C out

I have a GSR with a Vibrant 421 (which is a copy of your header). I have very very very little clearance in that area. You could possibly bend it out of the way. That aluminum a/c stuff is easy to bend. Or you could relocate that bottom bracket over some to pull the a/c line closer to the radiator.

I did a search and couldn't find any "how to remove AC" I wouldn't even know where to start...and I don't feel like paying someone to remove the AC. How much weight woud I save by removing it?

try to zip tie it away from the header, if not, you going to have to heat wrap it.

I say F*ck it...I live in NJ and it only gets hot here for like 4 months out of the year...I think i've used the AC like 5 times in the 6 years I've owned her...
Eager hellz yeah...If i could find a write up i might startup pulling it out now.
