I was looking at their store online and they have alot of good stuff at good prices.
Think imma get most, if not all, my stuff from there.

But my question is, who has ordered from there?
How would you rate the customer service?
Did they have what they said they had, in stock?
How was the quality of the product when you got it?

Umm. i think those are all the questions i got so far.

If anything, just post what you think/heard about them.

Anyways I have bought from them, well from the store. Yes they have a lot in stock. What they have not had in stock they got either the same day or the next day. I have been very happy with the guys, real nice, good prices!!! I have no probelem saying to buy from them!

 

I have bought from them....bc4 package and other stuff...well over a grand....ships on time.....no complaint here...

 

I usually buy everything from them, they usually have all the common things, such as bolt on's and performance parts. i dont usually buy rare or interior parts though from there. They are fast shippers and cool guys, go ahead and buy from them.

 

I ordered my GC, Koni's and Skunk 2 front camber kit. They didn't have the GC in stock so they told me it would take a few days for them to get it in. Well after a week they didn't get it and asked if i wanted to wait or wanted them to refund my money for that and send out the rest.

They were very coopertaive with me and stayed in contact with me throughout the delay. THey get nothing but from me.

ordered my GE ls/vtec kit from them a little over a 2 weeks ago and still nothing... i'm not giving up hoper on them since u guys say they are good guys. just hoping it would come in already..

 

I have ordered from them in the past and was very happy with the product/price/ and shippment.

The GE Kits unfortunately had a problem with the machining process, but was quickly resolved. We should have more back in stock shortly, and get you taken care of.

I ordered some parts before and had no problems. Good service, fast shipping, nothing but good things to say.

 

By reading the responses it seems like these guys are top notch.
I think its clear from who imma get my stuff from....

 

they deal with our company and theyre really good guys, i would recommend anyone to them for exceptional sales service.

if they make you wait for parts, keep in mind sometimes its not their fault, if they have to pick up from other vendors sometimes its either backordered or they just dont have it in stock. its cool to know there are people who are more understanding.

Bought some stuff from them with great service. One item was back ordered and they notified me within 24 hours. Great business!!

 

They may not have all the parts in stock (Dc2 poly lip) but they do have very good customer service. I think that they have guy sit at the PC hitting refresh every second to see if they get orders, oh and he is by the phone all day long too .
