Which pin is the stock VSS cluster pin for 90-91 crx?
I did the cluster swap of the 90-91 cluster into my 88-89.....Everything works perfect, all lights, all turns, all indicators, including tach and speedometer.
The car throws the vss code after a downshift at higher rpm..The speedometer works perfect, so im just presuming its one of the wires left over, since the article doesnt use all the wires
i used the faq/search and found this link:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=709958
This link was used to match all those crx wires, and i just disreguarded the 00si portion.
If anyone can answer this quick question....which pin is for vss? im still searching as we speak, and havent found the right one.
Thanks in advance

Anyone have an idea? I think i narrowed it down to the 2-3 wires that were not used....just dont want to cut and solder and guess......dont want to short anything out or get anything too hot

Update, that was the correct pin, only I was used to labeling them from left to right, with the clip up
So in fact the 7th pin on the 8pin connector was actually pin 2.
But everything works perfect, i guess when you do the swap, there are two wires not needed, one on both sides of the connectors
Thanks again
