Right above the exhaust ports there is a date..If it is a 93 head it should say 92 then 6-11 or 93 then ???

Also 92-93 B18a1 motors have more agressive cams and different intake manifold then 90-91..

If it says 9/1 ,,then 6-11, that means its a 92 motor..

hope u can help me out. just went outside to look at the other numbers and these were it. starting from left to right, looking at the motor.
there is a 9/1, 1/0, 1/1 and the last one is either a 6/0 or 0/9
on the block it is stamped b18a1 and under that the numbers 3307740
on the head all the way to the left there is a number going up and down, that number is A111010764
can u tell me anything from this info?

Im thinking its a 91 head..

You can also tell by looking at the vin# on the motor,,The 10th digit will tell you..

M = 1991
N = 1992
P = 1993

the question is? what do want to do, the real difference about obd system is by generation, first off, obd stands for on board dianosic, meaning you can check if the car is running as it was design. as emission. the way you can tell the difference is you look on the plugs of the wiring harness, if the plugs are white for tan, thats obd 0, if they are grey, obd 1 or 2. as long is the same motor, it should work, no matter what year,, for ex b18a1 90-91 integra, b18a1 92-93 integra, both are the same motor but the both have different obd systems. as ecm just work differently..

what plugs are u tallking about AlexintegraGS-R? i dont have the dizzy, sparkplug wires or alternator, i do have the engine wire harness. can the engine harness tell me anything? thanx for trying to help out

If any of the engine plugs on the engine harness are yellowish clear, its obd O.
