OEM foglight installation on 92

My oem foglights didnt come with any instructions on how to wire them up, anyone know where i can find some instructions or anything like that?

soo, im not getting any power after my relay for my foglights. checked for power before the relay, its there, but none after. already replaced, dont know what to do
