i finally got the car to stop reving all the way up...but now i have a different problem...when i start the car it will idol at 2 grand for a couple of seconds..then it revs to 3 grand then, it shuts off....
i just repaced the iacv and the tps....what could this be...and if you know anyone with a speed sensor cable for an ls let me know i need one of them too.

 

there is another idle control sensor, fast idles control valve, its right underneither the T/B. Its held on by 3 10mm bolts and has a coolant line going to it. take this off, take off the two screws holding the cover on and you'll see this white plastic threaded thinger that is slotted for a screwdriver and has a springy ball in the middle, screw the white peace all the way back in until its nice and snug and put it back in. see if that makes a difference. they tend to back there way out over time and causes high idles upon start up like your saying. i just did mine last week, fixed it right up.
