why wont it fit the 91 std ?
i just tried to install my spoon replica mirrors on my 91 std civic hatch and they didnt fit !!
is the std model any diffrent to the other models ?
the mirrors say CRX on them , does that have anything to do with the fitment ? the mounting points are way off . on the passenger side im only barly able to use the two bottom mounting points. please help me figure this out . thanks in advance.

Yep, the angle of the plastic 'triangle' is different.
However, It can be done, it just doesn't line up perfect. I put my CRX mirrors on my old STD before.. had to use a little black silicone..

I have a passenger's side mirror from a CRX on my STD hatch.
All I had to do was drill one hole. There are three mounting screws and two already lined up.
Oh, the plastic triangle on the inside doesn't clip into place, but it doesn't really bother me... I traded my block off plate straight up for the mirror so it's all good.

E-mail them explaining your situation...If there good people they shouldent have a problem setting you up with the correct mirrors.

Yeah i called them and they keep sticking to the fact that " they DIDNT need to modefy anything in order to put on those mirrors on a hatch .
Thats really what bothers me when they are telling me something thatt insnt true !
Has anyones spoon mirrors that were purchased at JDMSH!T.COM , say crx on them although you ordered it for a hatch ?
