*sigh* another stolen crx
This sucks because this is the second time my crx got stolen. The first time it was stolen from the front of my house but I got it back and all they stole was the sound system. But today I park it at the school and after class it was gone. I had an Autolock on it and an alarm. I just install my coilovers just 2 days ago and bought a new system (not even a month old) and had 15" rota's. Sorry no pics but the car had alot of body damage and was only primered. Still not sure why these ******** would steal a car for a few hundred dollars...*Sigh*.. I FEEL SICK
i am sorry for your loss, man. i too have been so paranoid from seeing all of these posts of stolen CRX's- so much that if i'm in a store or something, i run back outside every few minutes to check if it's still there.
i also use the clutch autolock but have heard they are easily bypassed, so this weekend, i hooked up a couple of hidden kill switches. if you ever get your CRX back-(and i hope you do), maybe you should install a kill switch. it's easy and inexpensive.

I'm so scared for my cars and car theives. They aren't the best looking but have enough parts to make any civic go fast (one of them has an H22, the other a turbo ZC). Things are scary all around.

I hope that the next time those thieves steal something, they get caught. And then I hope that the people they are ripping off, totally lose it and smash them in their neck several times with a baseball bat.
I'm sorry about your car man.

"In addition, there is a device called the Club Buster, which will break The Club and AutoLock devices in 60 seconds. The Club Buster is intended for locksmiths, tow truck operators, and auto repossession professionals, but any thief can buy it over the internet right now for $93.

s~... I thought the autolock was bulletproof (no pun intended). Argh, time for that kill switch =\

After seeing all these threads I went out and installed a video camera that records all day on my house. I have it aimed to where you can see the garage and entrance to the house. At least if they steal it, I will have a little help finding out who they are!
Wow, and I have an autolock on my rex too. Now for sure I'm going to put some kill switches, it's too bad hearing your story like so many others makes me have to do this.
Hope you get it back again.

****! i just added a quick release, im going with that, the autolock and like 3 killswitches, ***** thieves, hopefully that keeps them busy long enough for me to come up and hit them with my brass knuckles. POW!!! BIATCH.
That sucks man. I am going to install a couple of hidden cut off switch's in my car. That's the only way I can think of deterring thieves.

The Die Hard Security battery (from Sears) is awesome. Has a keyless on and off (off =3v, so it keeps presets but wont' start). If some one breaking into car and starts it, it runs for 1-3 seconds for three times, then kill itself, making theif think it's something else. If they try to jump the car, the battery (when in locked mode) will not allow it. Car also will not drain down due to accessory use so that it cannot start. Go read about it, expensive (over a regular battery), but pretty slick.
